My life is on the verge of a change
I sense it coming down on me
I feel it crawling all over me
Where it leads I have no idea
WINDS OF CHANGE (A Poem)
A poem about hope
Poetic expression
A poem about hope
My life is on the verge of a change
I sense it coming down on me
I feel it crawling all over me
Where it leads I have no idea
What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and lose his soul?
I gave you wealth, I gave you fame
Adoring fans to scream your name
I taught you how to play the game
And gave you glory God can’t claim
A poem that explains the deceit of Fame that makes people live fake so they can maintain a status quo; and the value of true relationship and living that break those walls down…
FAMOUS – By James George
I knew it was you alright
The moment I smelt it in the room
The shroud of loneliness as it loomed
I looked around and was right
I, James George, the Just,
live by my faith in what God’s word says.
Beyond my feelings, beyond my thought,
beyond Satan’s suggestions, I believe God’s word.
I do not live or stand by the things I see, hear or feel
because they are temporary.
I choose rather to look at the things that are not seen
because they are true and are eternal,
powerful and effective in their working.

The Father speaks to me through storms in the night…

So I noticed a lot is changing about my writing lately. More and more poetic inspiration than usual keeps flooding me daily and now I get this overwhelming feeling that it’s what I need to do. So I have decided to embrace it and see where it leads. After all, God never makes mistakes, does He?
“Your eyes saw my unformed body
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be. ” – Ps. 139:16 (NIV)
What is my audacity?
I’ll call it the love of Divinity
To my Creator I’m worth something
A precious soul worth saving
“Your eyes saw my unformed body
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be. ” – Ps. 139:16 (NIV)
God, you see my true substance in its imperfection
All of me you penned down in sacred outline
Steadily the real me is being fashioned
Each day I come alive.
