The core of a purpose-driven life is the mindset behind it. One person is practicing medicine as a means to becoming famous and earn a name for himself and be rich in the earth, but another is practicing the same medicine to be a medical practitioner with a difference, the one that will bring smiles to the hurting and raise sick people from the bed, the one who will be the face and voice of God in the medical field. DAY 8 OF 365: WALKING THROUGH THE WORD DEVOTIONAL

You never know how far you can go sometimes until you’re in some situations. You never know how reckless you can be until you are hit by some pressures and frustrations.

I once saw a video clip of a young man who committed suicide. It was a form of accidental capture on phone and the scene is too gruesome to go into details. But, after seeing that clip, I began to ponder, “Why would anyone want to take their own life?”
